Responsible for coordinating fundraising events
set by Council

Assist in establishing budgets for each event

Coordinate with Volunteer Outreach person to
ensure each event will have adequate assistance

Establish sub-committee for Fun Fair and oversee
the roles and responsibilities of all involved

Document in detail each event to be used for
planning next years' event
Ensure that each event presenter is booked well in advance of
each event and payments are made in a timely manner

Pass funds and proper documentation on to Treasurer
for deposit to bank
Research and present new fundraising initiatives (e.g. mailings
sent to the school; speaking with other schools; annual fundraising
fair, etc.) to Council for consideration as a new fundraising
event

Ensure all forms and documentation for expenses
and income are completed and forwarded to Treasurer in a timely
basis
